I’ve been a lawyer in NYC for over 12 years and have worked with clients and companies ranging from JPMorgan and Blackstone to Ubiquiti and ION Media. I’ve built legal teams, revamped (and rewritten) company policies and protocol, managed high touch litigation, negotiated hundreds of contracts ranging from multi-million dollar deals to important technology licensing and distribution agreements—and everything in between. I’ve also founded a start-up, and know that business leaders’ and founders’ heads are often in a gazillion places at once, that there is more on your to-do list than you’ll ever get done in a day, and that you don’t want to spend your time worrying about legal issues.
